Chef Rakan Aloraifi is the founder of kitcatering Company. He began his culinary journey in California, where he developed a passion for the culinary arts and has always enjoyed sharing it with others. He started exploring different social media platforms to expand his reach.
Rakan was honored as Best Chef at the 2018 Saudi Tourism Excellence Awards. He was also awarded the Best Saudi Chef in 2019 and was an ambassador for the Riyadh Season by the Saudi General Entertainment Authority. Additionally, he won first place in cooking at the 2020 and 2021 National Culinary Arts Awards.
Rakan was the Executive Chef at “Suhail” Restaurant in Riyadh and AlUla. He has created an original and unique menu. Rakan collaborated with Al Khozama Company as Executive Chef in 2022. He was working on developing a contemporary Saudi menu for Maze Restaurant in Diriyah.
